FRTN-FL230 is equipped with a 15.6″ industrial computer that can be connected via LAN and WIFI. With the Intelligent Sawing System (IPS), it offers 6 different saw cutting performance modes (Normal, Ultra, High Performance, Saw Savings, Turtle, Custom). FRTN-150 can be used in manual, automatic, or intelligent cutting modes. It has a library consisting of 13,000 different materials categorized into 6 different standards in the smart cutting system. The machine has the capability to adjust all cutting parameters based on the material type, heat treatment condition, material size, blade type, and tooth count. This way, all parameters are automatically adjusted by the machine according to the cut material. The use of linear guides provides precise cutting capabilities. Additionally, the body supported by mineral casting reduces vibration during cutting, allowing for flawless cuts. The 19 kW high-torque main motor prevents torque loss at low or high frequencies, providing users with a unique cutting experience.
